I came into Christian Brothers Ford looking for a very specific Magma Red, F-150, 502A lariat, chrome package, second row heated seats, and it needed to have a twin panel moonroof. They had a ton of pickups on the ground to choose from! Everyone was very friendly and great to deal with. They had a similar truck to what I was looking for except it had the sport package (no chrome on the exterior). Tommy was the person who I was working with, he was able to locate the exact truck I was looking for. They ended up sending a flat bed truck to go get my pickup for me within days of me asking for it! There was less then 50 miles on the pickup when I drove it home and they had to go pick it up! I was just trying to figure out what type of pick up I wanted and the guys at Christian Brothers Ford were great. I told them up front that I just wanted some pricing and look at some options. They went above and beyond what I expected them too. We test drove 3 or 4 F150's and they sat down and priced out numerous others. I was very pleased with the customer service and purchased my first Ford F-150 there. I will recommend them to anyone that's in need of a vehicle and great service!
Came in looking for a part for my pickup. Stanton in the parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable! They did not have the part I needed on hand but they ordered it in and it will be in tomorrow.
