I've stopped by 4 times, and every time they've had the doors locked during the posted open business hours. During my last attempt, the door was locked once again, and the desk person was in front mowing the lawn... watching. Just watching ppl came up to shop and not once did this person stop to ask if there was anything they could do for us!
I'd rate my shopping experience but I have yet to see a employee stop by and help.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING OF BUSINESSES HOURS.
I work immediately adjacent this business. I have browsed several times as well as made purchases. Greater variety of high quality vigorous annuals and perennial plants than I have found in big box stores. Surroundings feel like cottage garden and service efficient but not intrusive.
I've had excellent experiences with this garden center; very helpful employees going out of their way to help me get what I need as well as a great selection for great prices! Thank you.
