Supposed to be a free upgrade for my Samsung Note 4 to the Galaxy 7 Edge they took our phones that we already paid off and then charged us $1,500 for the new ones bad place to go to!

Been a loyal Verizon customer for nearly 10 years. Went into this store with a brand new hotspot that wasn't charging. The gentleman took plenty of time working out the issue. When we realized it was the charger, he grabbed me a new one and off I went. No charge, no questions asked. This is why I'm a Verizon customer. Absolutely superb service!
